What to do BEFORE your waxing appointment?

It’s ideal to come to your appointment freshly after the shower. Seeing that any substances on your skin such as sweat, lotions, oils, deodorant, etc., could greatly challenge the procedure, or even bring it to an end. Reason being, the wax can’t attach itself and remove the hair efficiently due to the barrier created.

Tip: If possible, exfoliate the area being waxed two days prior to your appointment for even better results!

What to do AFTER your waxing appointment?

Avoid exposure to the sun, and using lotions and deodorants that contain alcohol in their composition. For at least the first 24 hours period after your appointment, in order to avert any kind of stains on the skin.

Can I get waxed after exposing myself to the sun?

No. The best practice would be to avoid exposure 24 hours before AND after the appointment.
